This website and the online courses offered through it are operated by American Medical Education Advancement, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), publisher of the brand AI Clinician Academy. We offer this website, including all information, tools, courses, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site, creating an account, and/or purchasing a course from us, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), including the Disclaimer set out in Section 3 and the Limitation of Liability in Section 15. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use our Services.
Section 1 — Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your state of residence to create an account or purchase a course. Our courses are intended for licensed or training healthcare professionals (including MD, DO, NP, PA, and RN) and others with a professional interest in the subject matter.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. Course access is licensed to you as a single named user; you may not share your login, and access is for your individual professional education only.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.
Section 2 — License to Course Content
When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content for your own professional education. All course materials — including videos, audio narration, written lessons, handouts, downloadable PDFs, prompt templates, and the prompt library — are our intellectual property or are used with permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, sublicense, or share any portion of the course content without our express written permission. The prompt templates provided in the course are licensed for your own clinical and administrative use; they may not be redistributed, published, or incorporated into a competing product or training.
Section 3 — Educational Purpose; No Professional Advice; AI Disclaimer
This Section is central to these Terms. Please read it carefully.
Educational purpose only. Our courses are provided for general professional education and informational purposes only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, clinical, medical, legal, coding, billing, or compliance advice for any specific patient, case, claim, or situation.
No professional relationship. Your use of the courses does not create a physician–patient, provider–patient, attorney–client, or consultant relationship between you and us. We are not practicing medicine, law, or providing coding or billing services, and nothing in the courses substitutes for the independent professional judgment of a qualified, licensed practitioner.
You remain responsible. You are solely responsible for all clinical, documentation, coding, billing, and compliance decisions you make. Any technique, workflow, prompt, or tool described in the course must be applied in accordance with your own professional judgment, your organization’s policies, applicable law, payer rules, and current clinical guidelines. Where a course example touches coding, billing, or reimbursement, it is illustrative only and does not guarantee payment, compliance, or any particular result.
Artificial intelligence makes mistakes. The courses teach the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools. AI systems can and do produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or entirely fabricated (sometimes called “hallucinations”). AI tools discussed in the course are made by third parties, are not controlled by us, and change over time. You must independently verify every AI-generated output against authoritative primary sources before relying on it, and you must never enter protected health information into a tool that is not covered by an appropriate Business Associate Agreement and sanctioned by your organization. You assume all risk arising from your use of any AI tool.
No guarantee of results. We do not warrant that applying the course material will improve efficiency, revenue, compliance, audit outcomes, or clinical results, or that any information in the course is accurate, complete, or current at the time you use it.
Section 4 — General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Section 5 — Accuracy and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Because both the AI tools and the laws, guidelines, and payer rules discussed in the courses change frequently, course material may become out of date. The material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources. Any reliance on the material is at your own risk.
Section 6 — Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Section 7 — Purchases, Billing, and Refunds
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Refund policy:
- All sales are final. Because course content is delivered digitally and immediately, we do not offer refunds unless required by law.
Section 8 — Third-Party Tools and Links
We may provide access to, or reference, third-party tools and websites over which we have no control. This includes the AI tools, platforms, and clinical resources named or described in the courses. We provide these references “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement, and we have no liability arising from your use of any third-party tool. Any AI tool or clinical resource named in a course is identified for educational illustration only and is not an endorsement; you are responsible for confirming a tool’s current capabilities, privacy posture, Business Associate Agreement status, and suitability before use.
Section 9 — Prohibited Uses
You are responsible for your conduct when using our website. You may not: use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; infringe any intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy right; attempt to obtain another user’s account or security information; violate the security of any network; reverse engineer or attempt to copy the Services to build a competing product; circumvent any license, timing, or use restrictions built into the Services; share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your access; or use any robot, spider, or automated process to copy content without our prior written consent.
You may not use the Services, or any course community or discussion feature, to submit or share protected health information or other patient-identifying data. You are responsible for de-identifying any clinical example you discuss.
Section 10 — User Feedback and Community Content
If you provide feedback — ideas, suggestions, questions, or comments related to our Services — we may use it without restriction or obligation to you, and you waive any claim to ownership or compensation. You are solely responsible for any content you post, and we may (but need not) remove content we determine to be unlawful or objectionable.

Section 13 — Continuing Education / CME
Unless a specific course states otherwise in writing, our courses are professional education but are NOT accredited continuing medical education (CME) or continuing education (CE), and completion does not confer CME/CE credit or satisfy any licensing, board, or maintenance-of-certification requirement. Any certificate of completion we issue is an acknowledgement of course completion only.
Section 14 — Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained will be accurate or reliable. The Service and all products delivered to you are (except as expressly stated by us) provided “as is” and “as available” without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
Section 15 — Limitation of Liability; Indemnification
In no case shall American Medical Education Advancement, Inc., its brand AI Clinician Academy, or their directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, course instructors and contributors, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind — including, without limitation, any harm arising from a clinical, documentation, coding, billing, or compliance decision, or from reliance on any AI-generated output — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or any course content, even if advised of their possibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or a course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.
Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless American Medical Education Advancement, Inc. and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Section 16 — Severability, Termination, Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements.

United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
